Comics

First, check out "The Intolerators", a comic I work on with Vanessa Pridgen and Jane Wolf. It's a parody, bringing in elements of scifi, fantasy, furry, superhero and ... whatever else. *g*

There are some darn spiffin' comics both digitally published and printed on dead trees. Here are a few of my favorites.

  • Bastards, Inc.     Bastards, Inc.

Stories from the dorm in stunning stick figure realism. This is my friend Linn's comic, and she (as well as her tongue-in-cheek comic) kicks tail.

  • Chopping Block

One of my two favorite webcomics. Choppingblock is full of great morbid humor and excellent art.

  • Jack

This comic is about hell, death, war, pain, all the dark parts of life. Very morbid, and not always with a humorous bent, but never-the-less insightful.

  • Kevin and Kell

By the same artist who does "Safe Haven" (published in print newspapers), Kevin and Kell is a furry comic about a wolf that marries a rabbit. I think it's the oldest digitally published comic.

  • Plan 9

Get your favorite digital comics in dead tree format!

  • Slave Labor Graphics

The home of my two favorite print comic artists... Jhonen Vasquez (author of "Johnny the Homicidal Maniac", "Squee", "I Feel Sick" and the Nickelodeon cartoon "Invader Zim") and Roman Dirge (author of "Lenore"). You can get the comics, tshirts, and toys here! Filler Bunny, Spooky Squeeky Toy and a Lenore Doll! Wheee!
