#bettas Chat Rules

You must be 13 years old or older to join the chat. This is for legal reasons.

The rating for #bettas is R. Mostly, keep the adult naughties out of channel. There are private messages for that, or start your own channel. Keep the swear words to a minimum.

Any promotion, endorsement, advice, etc. on the subject of animal fighting (including betta fighting) or other animal abuse is forbidden. #bettas in no way condones betta fighting. Religion and politics are also disallowed topics. Other than that, it's all cool. You don't have to chat about only fishies; fishies are just what bring us together.

Ops (operators/moderators, those folks with the symbols next to their name) have final say on policy and enforcement, and reserve the right to kick/ban anyone or change the rules at any time. If you are asked to do something, please comply. Resisting and complaining may lead to a ban.

No spamming or flaming or trolling or baiting. Be nice.
